Modern bright apartment recently renovated, with Poniente beach and the marina 3 minutes walking, parking and supermarkets nearby. It is an ideal flat for 5 people with an excellent location that will allow you to fully enjoy your trip to the city
The space
Apartment with lift and with excellent location in a quiet area with 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with two single beds and another room with a single bed, living room, full bathroom and fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils. It has Wi-Fi connection.
Please note that parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed in the apartment. If any type of disturbance to neighbours occurs or apartment rules are breached, a fine of 300 euros will be applied. We want to ensure that all guests enjoy a peaceful and pleasant stay in our accommodation. Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation.
The maximum check-in time is 23:00 h. Later entries are not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for access to the accommodation after that time. Thank you for your understanding.
