For beach lovers “Praia Grande” is a must-go.

As the name suggests, Grande Beach is the largest beach on the Sintra coast. An expanse of white sand that delights holidaymakers. The purity of the Atlantic waters and the outline of the coast with its rugged cliffs make it a truly enjoyable spot at any time of the year.

The house grounds are the standout feature. A very nice yard and pool with a covered outdoor eating area made it very appealing to be outdoors as much as possible. The downstairs unit did not meet expectations for us. There is mold and high humidity and the kitchen isn’t furnished or integrated into the unit.

Great House / Great Stay

Pre-arrival comms were great. Easy to find. Very quiet area (apart from the barking dogs). Keys collected easily and shown round the house. House was as described. A few things could do with updating. No utensils or crockery / cutlery downstairs. And we had to turn the fridge on. Only minor things though which we sorted quickly. Great outdoor area. Great pool. Safe for small children. Really enjoyed our stay. Would happily recommend.

Really nice villa. The villa manager was really nice and helpful. Villa have enough space for bigger groups or families as well. Villa was clean and tidy. Pool area & garden was taken care well. There was everything what was mentioned on profile. Neighborhood was peaceful. 25/04/24 More keys to villa (1 is not enough for bigger groups so there should be atleast 2 keys) More coffee cups: There where lot of glasses but only few coffee cups/mugs Blackout curtains for downstair windows (there was no curtains at all, so the sunlight get in so early. Other rooms had curtains)

We enjoyed our stay at the villa! The two units are in the same house, just different levels and does not have a connecting stair inside. The garden and outside space is really nice and the un-heated pool worked well for us. Also nice to have a outdoor shower and toilet. We spent our evenings at the outside table/ BBQ area which as really nice. The location is great with grocery stores, restaurants and beach within walking distance, but I would recommend to have a car. We had 2 and it worked well to park them both inside of the gate. Sandra was a great and communicative host. 20/06/24 I recommend the host to install blinds downstairs since it is quite hard to sleep when it is so bright. The wifi is terrible, we could not use it even though we restarted it and all.

Tolles Grundstück und schöner Pool. 15 Minuten zu Fuß an den Strand und zu zahlreichen tollen Restaurants. Das Haus ist recht einfach eingerichtet, aber den Preis absolut wert. Haben Pizza im großen Ofen gebacken mit den Kindern, hatten eine schöne Woche im Spätsommer. 27/10/24
