Cosy mountain home just 15 km from Maranello, with a loft, ideal for groups of 6 to 11 people (6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms). The furnishings are rustic and made of solid wood.
There are 6 beds in 3 bedrooms (one with a king-size bed and two with twin beds) and 5 beds in additional spaces (2 attic rooms and a basement lounge with a comfortable sofa bed). Guests have access to 2 fireplaces, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, a billiards room, foosball, ping pong, and chess and backgammon boards.
The house is located just before Serramazzoni, near an enchanting forest.
It is a typical mountain holiday home with a beautiful wooden-beam ceiling, used by the owners for only a few days each summer.
It spans 3 floors for a total of over 250 square metres.
From the furnished patio, you enter the large living room with a sofa, fireplace, and chess table, as well as a dining area with an extendable table seating up to 12 people and a balcony.
This floor also features a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and the master bedroom with a double bed.
Climbing the stairs leads to the loft, which features two double bedrooms (also available with double beds), two attic rooms with three beds, and a second bathroom.
On the lower level is the basement lounge with a billiards room, another fireplace, game tables (chess and backgammon), a comfortable double sofa bed, a second kitchen, a third bathroom, and a garage with a foosball table, a ping-pong table, and a washing machine.
Each reserved bed comes with a complete set of linens (including a comforter and pillows) and a bathroom set (bath towel, hand towel, guest towel).
Upon request, we can arrange for 6 single rooms for an additional charge of 10 euros per person.
For long stays (more than one week), linen changes and cleaning services are available for an additional fee.

The available spaces vary depending on the number of guests booked.
The location is ideal for visiting all the companies in the Motor Valley: Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini, Pagani, Ducati.
The area offers unforgettable landscapes: the Bucamante waterfalls, the Salse di Nirano, as well as all the typical villages of the Emilian Apennines such as Monfestino, the fantastic Montecuccoli Castle, and the beautiful city of Modena with the Ferrari Museum and much more.
It’s not just about cars! The Modena area is also famous for its culinary delights! A visit to a vinegar cellar is a must to discover the secrets of traditional Modena balsamic vinegar!
But there are so many local specialities: tortellini, crescentine (tigelle), gnocco fritto, Lambrusco, Parmesan—you’ll be spoiled for choice!
And then there’s BOTTURA. What else can I say? Modena is one of a kind!
