In a place dominated by the blue sky and the green landscape we created this modern house, with a unique view. It is a new property which was build in 2019 with lots of love and passion from the owners. The traditional way of living meets the luxury and the modern amenities.

This modern house consists of 2 floors and an attic which can be used as third double bedroom. The interior spaces are decorated by designed furniture and modern decor-details, plenty of natural light is coming through the windows by offering you a great sea view.

On the first floor of the house, guests can enjoy a spacious living room area, a fully-equipped kitchen for preparing delicious meals and enjoying them in the dining area or outside in the balcony. Α WC is also available on the.
Moving down to the ground floor, guests can find two en-suite bedrooms with super comfy mattresses and a kitchenette.
There is also a bright attic, which can be used as a third bedroom or as an office. The space has a big desk which can se used as a working place - the WiFi is very strong and fast.

Just a few kilometers away are the renowned Falasarna beach with the endless sand, the exotic Elafonisi, the breathtaking lagoon of Balos and the island of Gramvousa with the Venetian castle.
