Argigliano Castello - Ovest

Argigliano, a small town 350 meters above sea level, located in Lunigiana at the foot of the Apuans Alps, is surrounded by chestnut trees, vineyards and olive groves from which many local products originate.

The building dates from the 16th century and was restored preserving the historical materials.

The house is tastefully furnished, provides the ideal setting for a relaxing and memorable experience and is divided into two apartments suitable for a total of ten people.

There is a large roof terrace, swimming pool (10x4 m, open 9:30 to 19:00) with adjoining garden with barbecue area.

Both apartments are equipped with heating, bed linen and towels, dishwasher and washing machine.

The property can be rented exclusively (both flats) or it is possible to rent the flats individually (sharing the pool and garden).
Ovest (6 Pers.)

Flat on two floors: on the ground floor there is a large kitchen (equipped with oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer) and a living room. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a single bed and a bathroom with shower. Guests have direct access to the terrace, which is shared with the EST flat, but each has a table and chairs available. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and garden are for shared use.
