Nestled in the woods of Lunigiana, this villa offers breathtaking views stretching all the way to the sea, combining rustic Tuscan charm with modern comforts for an unforgettable vacation.
On two levels, the villa opens onto a cozy living room that blends harmoniously with the dining area and a typical Tuscan stone kitchen, fully equipped. Upstairs, three air-conditioned bedrooms and three bathrooms ensure comfort for the whole family.
The garden is an oasis of relaxation with a luxurious Jacuzzi hot tub, a romantic pergola, and a barbecue. The property also offers a shared swimming pool that you will share with two of our other farmhouses, a playground, and a charging station for electric cars.
