Magnificent view of the City Courthouse Park where many festivals take place throughout the year. THE SHORTEST WALK TO THE NISSAN STADIUM of any downtown residence, walk to the ball park or Preds Games or simply hit the strip on Broadway for some great country music.! We are surrounded by great restaurants & bars in the Historic and Art district. Several public parking options available next to the building. We do not offer private parking. This location is totally walkable to all events - no need to uber or drive! You will find this condo to be one of a kind located in the famous "one of a kind" city - Nashville!

$175 fee for early entry - without approval - before the 4PM check in time.

Perfect stay

We loved the house! It was so cozy, clean, and within walking distance to Broadway. The house had so much charm and plenty of space for three couples. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Girls Getaway

We stayed here with friends and it was a great location. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom, which was really nice. The only complaint is there were not TV's in the smaller bathroom.

Why they chose this property

This is a very exclusive complex that only houses 3 very private condos. Very easy to access from the airport, convenient to all the downtown fun but at the same time in a quiet enclave. The best of all the worlds! Did i say prime view for the live on the green concerts?
