Magnificent view of the city courthouse park where many festivals take place throughout the year. THE SHORTEST WALK TO THE NISSAN STADIUM of any downtown residence, walk to the ball park or Preds Games or simply hit the strip on broadway for some great country music. We are surrounded by great restaurants, bars, restaurants in the historic and art district. no parking, but many public parking options available next to the building. YOU WONT NEED TO DRIVE OR UBER ANYWHERE!

Great getaway in Nashville

We loved how close we were to everything. Great place and beautifully decorated. The living room is huge and so nice for our group of six to hang out and shoot pool. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Girls Getaway

Our group of six stayed at this lovely condo which is a short walk to Broadway. It is well equipped and nicely decorated and spacious. Would definitely recommend this property!

Perfect property in the perfect location. Just far enough from the noise and craziness, but on the other hand, just a 2 block walk to the craziness. Great dining in the area. I would choose this property every time I return, without hesitation.

Amazing property in a great location. You can walk everywhere. Broadway, Printers Alley, Country Music Hall of Fame, Nissan Stadium. I would highly recommend this VRBO. 5 Stars!

Great location! HUGE place! Great for 3 couples!

Everything about this place is great! Location is close to Broadway, just 3-4 blocks. All 3 bedrooms have private bathrooms and it worked out great for the 3 couples we had staying. Anita was FANTASTIC as our host! I will be back to this rental soon!

I stayed here for 4 nights with my family. The location was fantastic. Loft was well equipped, and communication from host excellent. Only issue for me was street noise. There’s a construction site next door that starts at 7am and goes all day. If that doesn’t bother you, definitely stay.

Perfect Place in Nashville

We met some friends from San Francisco here for a few days and absolutely loved the place. It is in a perfect location for exploring the city and it is just as nice to stay in, relax and unwind. We couldn't have asked for more. We hope to come back! Thank you, Jennifer!

I don’t even know where to start for the review. We loved everything about this property! Great communication from the owner, perfect location for what we were wanting to do. Walked down to Broadway and was close to everything we did. Decor and finishes are top notch! Enjoyed the pool table and games. Will definitely try to stay here again when we go back.

Perfect location in the heart of Nashville

We had such a great time. Steps away from Painter’s Alley and Broadway. Condo was perfectly clean. Pool table was great. Crazy walk-in shower. Massive fridge. Plenty of room for three couples.

40th Birthday Celebration!

We were in Nashville to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday with two other couples. This property was in a great location and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. The property manager promptly answered all my questions and the property was very clean with great AC which is important for the humid days. Loved the open concept space to chat with our friends but each room had privacy and their own ensuite bathroom. Great stay!

Best spot!

This was one of the best places I have stayed in Nashville. It is beautiful, everything you could need. Convenient to everything, broadway, yummy restaurants. It was quiet away from the noise. We all had fun playing pool, and hanging out in the large living areas. This place is exactly as advertised and the communication was great. Always responded immediately with any questions I had. 10/10 would recommend!

Gorgeous loft-style living in downtown Nashville

We needed a winter weekend with our adult children between California and NYC so we picked Nashville. We were just looking for an interesting city with easy flights for us all where we could just hang out together. Anita’s place is beautifully decorated, super clean and offers lots of space to hang out together. The pool table, card games, enormous sofa and all the comfy blankets were perfect for an extraordinarily cold Nashville weekend. Anita was really responsive to messages and super accommodating when weather impacted our flights. Can’t imagine a better place to stay in Nashville!

Beautiful Spacious Loft

Beautiful loft in an amazing location! we had 4 adults with plenty of space, comfy couches, lots of seating, comfy bed, large open kitchen, pool table was a plus. Check in was super easy and communication with host was very quick. Great place to come and relax for a little to get off Broadway. Would definitely stay her again.

This is a very exclusive complex that only houses 3 very private condos. Very easy to access from the airport, convenient to all the downtown fun but at the same time in a quiet enclave. The best of all the worlds! Did i say prime view for the live on the green concerts?
