A wonderful cottage in a wonderful location, Cannot fault this cottage, fully equipped, modern kitchen and bathrooms with a contemporary touch to the bedrooms and living room. Overall "homely". Would I stay again. MOST DEFINITELY
Wonderful property which has everything we needed for our stay. The enclosed garden was perfect for our dog. Hot tub was amazing. Looking to return again next year. Brilliant hosts.
Lovely cottage with secluded garden. Made the perfect base for doing a couple of days hiking. Well equipped kitchen and the barbecue was a bonus with the beautiful weather
Decorated beautifully found all we needed, spacious 2 bedrooms. Was abit difficult to find at nighttime but a proper get away place! Comfortable large cosy living room and great kitchen space. Didnt use the hot tub in the end as couldnt start the fire but stay was very enjoyable. The landlord was very responsive and would definitely recommend if you are looking for a cosy cottage get away.
Delightful cottage, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Would have no hesitation in recommending the property to others. We are hoping to stay there again ourselves on our next trip to the area later this year.
We stayed for the Hay Festival and it was a great location at a 20-30 minute drive.
Lovely private garden area and plenty of space in the home. We enjoyed use of the hot tub and all of the instructions were very clear.
We had a lovely stay for 3 nights, we wanted somewhere close to Hay on Wye (3mins) with a really nice drive. The cottage had everything we needed to relax we were sad that the weather didn't allow use of the hot the garden is very pretty. Great kitchen, very spacious rooms. One very small thing I would say os that the pillows are super soft like clouds, but for me it would be to have a firm pillow in each wardrobe just so guests have a choice but not a conplaint at all. Also a cute little welcome basket with a bottle of wine and crisps along with a pint of milk was very much appreciated x
Beautifully clean, well equipped, comfortable, warm and dog friendly. What's not to like? A great retreat for exploring the area, easy access to walks and lovely towns and villages. Secure garden for dogs. Two comfy double ensuite bedrooms, kitchen diner and utility, sitting room with large screen TV. Kind owner on site and two friendly dogs. Hedgehogs in the garden.
