The Villa offers spacious areas immersed in greenery, with breathtaking lake views. The location is perfect for reaching the main attractions of San Felice del Benaco and Salò, as well as other numerous villages on the Lake.
It consists of a living room with a full lake view, a small separate kitchen, two double bedrooms and a double room with bunk beds, a bathroom with shower and on the lower floor, which can be accessed via an external staircase, there is a service bathroom with a washing machine.
The furnished terrace is ideal for spending summer evenings admiring the beauty of the Lake.
Outside there is a garage for a small-medium sized car, plus an uncovered parking space.
