Very, very nice home on a beautiful lake!

We had a group of 8, 3 couples and a father/son, and everyone couldn't have been happier. Lots of room, very well maintained home nicely furnished with all the essentials and then some. The location couldn't be better. Laura, the property manager and daughter of the owner is attentive to your needs and an excellent source of information about the area. This is an grade A vacation spot! We will be back(all the way from Chicago).

Peaceful Paradise

A perfect place to stay!! The pictures show exactly what you get. We had a great time. Laura the landlady is very very helpful in every respect. You need a restaurant, good groceries, good wine, functioning facilities, and the most perfect parmegiano ....... ask Laura. The ladies responsible for cleaning the house were very efficient and took good care not to break anything. The gardener had a lot to do since a lot of blossoms came down during our stay, but he did his job quietly and well. We were never disturbed with people working ;). Our Dog was thrilled with the water of the lake and had to have a bath several times a day. Of course we did too! That park like garden is absolutely wonderful and the breakfasts in the morning sun poetry. We will be back!!!!

Sehr schönes Haus mit eigenem Zugang zum See

Sehr schönes, geräumiges und gepflegtes Haus mit Garten und eigenem Zugang zum See. Den Blick über den See haben wir schon beim Frühstück an dem großen Esstisch unter den Bäumen genossen. Tagsüber kann man die Sonne auf den zahlreichen Liegestühlen genießen. Restaurants, Supermarkt und Bäckerei sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche. Liebe Laura, vielen Dank für die hervorragende Betreuung.

Sehr schöne gepflegte Immobilie hervorragend ausgestattet in absoluter Traumlage , hier kann man perfekt entspannen . Der Service ist perfekt organisiert, der Gärtner erscheint regelmäßig, das Haus wird nach Absprache zwischen gereinigt. Ein Traum an Gardasee

Es war ein perfekter Start in das neue Jahr. Wir, eine Gruppe von (6 Pers.) haben dort eine wunderbare Silvesterwoche verbracht. Die Lage ist direkt am See neben dem kleinen Hafen von Barberano. Das Seniorenhaus hinten dran ist auch kein Problem, da um die Villa herum reichlich Parkplätze vorhanden sind. Die Villa war für unseren Besuch gut vorgeheizt, so das wirklich keiner frieren musst. Parmesan, Pantone und Sekt stand für das anstehende Silvesterfest bereit! Vielen Dank für alles, Stefano! Die Villa ist ausgesprochen sauber und auch in der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben 2 mal gekocht und der Herd in überformat hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Das Zimmer direkt unter dem Dach ist mehr für kleine Personen oder Kinder gut geeignet. Die Holzbalkon sind relativ niedrig, dafür gibt es aber auch einen super Blick zum See. Ankommen, einziehen und einfach nur genießen. Wir überlegen schon wann wir wiederkommen werden.

Great family holiday

The villa is outstanding. We took our three children (7, 5 and 2) here and they absolutely loved it. Stunning views, safe beach (but take swimming shoes), load of space to play and close to amenities but away from the hustle and bustle. Easy drive to local towns, car ferry etc which allowed us to cover most of the lake in our week there. Would love to go back! Couldn't recomend more!!

Wir waren Anfang Juli eine Woche Gast in der Villa Ondina und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und ausgesprochen schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden (Geschirr, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Handtücher, Strandtücher etc). Auch der Garten bietet viel Platz zum Entspannen, für Bewegung und zum Sonnenbaden. Unter den riesigen Bäumen am Wasser steht ein großer Esstisch, der zum ausgiebigen Essen im Schatten einlädt. Zahlreiche Liegestühle stehen zum Sonnenbaden bereit, zum Entspannen gibt es außerdem eine große, gemütliche Hängematte. Der Zugang zum See ist flach und auch für Kinder gut geeignet, das Wasser ist traumhaft klar uns sauber. Immer wieder kommen Entenfamilien und ein Schwan auf Besuch, was vor allem unserem Sohn sehr gut gefallen hat. Das Anwesen ist durch einen hohen Zaun und ein großes Tor gut geschützt vor unerwünschten Blicken von außen, man fühlt sich sehr ungestört. Das Auto kann im Garten im Schatten unter Bäumen geparkt werden. Neben dem Haus befindet sich ein kleiner, pittoresker Hafen. Ein kleiner, gut sortierter Supermarkt ist in ein paar Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Nach Salo ist es mit dem Auto ein Katzensprung. Wir (4 Erwachsene und ein Kind) empfehlen die Villa Ondina und Laura und ihr Team aufs Allerwärmste! Danke für die wunderbare Zeit, die wir am Gardasee verbringen durften!

Amazing villa, fantastic experience

How lucky are we to have found this villa! It is truly stunning and we had the most amazing time. Laura and her team could not have been more helpful and accommodating. 3 couples and 5 children were our party and every single one of us loved it. Laura let us check in early due to an early flight and the heat and always communicated with us. The villa itself is stunning especially with the private beach which our children practically lived in. We honestly didn’t want to come home and 100% would recommend to anyone. Thankyou for having us.

Ein Traum direkt am Lage zwischen Salo und Gardone

Die Lage am See mit direktem Zugang zum Lago ist natürlich traumhaft. Was uns besonders gut gefallen hat ist die ruhige Lage, da in der Nachbarschaft nur ein Hotel, ein kleiner Hafen und hervorragendes Ristorante vorhanden sind. Somit ist man von Touristenströmen weigehendst verschont. Ein einziges, kleines Manko: Die Wlan-Verbindung war bei unserem Aufenthalt nicht gerade die beste. Das Haus hat bereits eine gewisse Patina, was aber zum Gesamteindruck passt. Wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Wir (8 Personen) wohnten in der ersten Septemberwoche in der Villa Ondina und waren so begeistert von der traumhaften Lage am See, dass wir auf einige geplante Ausflüge verzichteten. Stattdessen saßen wir lieber auf der Terrasse am See und genossen das wunderbare Wasser. Das Haus ist top renoviert und sehr gepflegt, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Dank an Laura und Paola, die auch eine späte Schlüsselübergabe perfekt organisierten!

Tolle Lage am Lago

Eine gemütliche alte Villa mit knarrenden Böden und einer phantastischen Lage am See. Eigentlich kann man den kompletten Urlaub an seinem Privatstrand verbringen und sich bei Bedarf im See abkühlen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt sowie ein Bäcker sind fußläufig erreichbar. Lediglich die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer zum See waren uns persönlich zu hart. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr freundlich und nett. Fabulous house and location

A beautiful old, but modernised, villa right on the shore of Lake Garda. Laura, the owner, was great and available if needed although there were no issues. Nestled between a 4* hotel and a beach club, but private nonetheless. There was some building work going on at the hospital behind but was not obtrusive. The villa remained cool in the height of the sun and was a very welcome oasis. The shore front was well served with loungers, chairs, outdoor dining and a barbeque and we were able to choose whether to sit in the sun or shade. At night, the aircon was a welcome addition after the hottest days, particularly for the loft room which would otherwise have been hot. As it was, it was a nice, self-contained space. The villa overall was very spacious and could have comfortably accommodated twice the four people we had staying. Overall good facilities and amenities, with a decent supermarket and bakery within walking distance. Overall, a fantastic villa.

A perfect oasis

8 adults shared this beautiful villa the first week of October. Upon entering the private walled garden, we were immediately enchanted by the view of a lakeside terrace and private beach. We spent many hours eating, drinking-local wines of course!- and relaxing in these beautiful surroundings. The house is lovely and very comfortable. All amenities have been thoughtfully provided. Food markets and restaurants are within walking distance. The waterfront promenade of Gardone Riviera is minutes away by foot where you can hop on ferries and explore other towns on the lake. Those at the northern end are breathtaking against the mountain backdrop. Wineries abound, olive oil tastings, hiking and weather permitting-swimming. In other words, something for everyone. Laura was an absolute dream to work with - very attentive, professional and went out of her way to make us welcome. Villa Ondine exceeded our expectations and will remain a wonderful memory.

I am Laura, I was not born on Lake Garda, but since I was a child I have always spent my summers in Gardone, even though I now work here the lake continues to be a place of vacation and relax for me.
I have always loved traveling, studying different languages and cultures.
In fact, I decided to study languages in college as well and spend some periods abroad. Now my base is Lake Garda, but I continue to allow myself several trips. These experiences and my personality lead me to make my guests feel like at home and enjoy the most of what is offered in our area.
I love to eat and cook, and my guests are advised on the best restaurants, delis, wine shops, farmers markets, etc.
You will have the opportunity to experience the lake as if you were visiting a friend here.
