Cape Royal - Qualité et sécurité
L’appartement est 100% conforme aux photos mises en ligne. La résidence Cape Royal est sécurisée avec la présence de gardiens 24/24. L’agence NOX Rentals qui s’occupe de la gestion est très efficace et à notre service en cas de besoin. D’autre part, nous avons pu bénéficier pendant notre séjour des 2 places de parking accessibles avec un badge. Enfin, et c’est la bonne surprise, une femme de ménage est passée tous les jours à l’appartement pour faire les chambres, etc…
L’appartement est idéalement situé à proximité du V&A waterfront, et du stade. Avec au pied de l’immeuble des restaurants, des boutiques et un petit supermarché. La prestation est de qualité. Et nous nous sommes sentis en totale sécurité dans le quartier et bien sûr dans l’immeuble. Un seul regret, notre séjour en juillet ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la piscine car c’était l’hiver…
