The villa has been finely renovated and furnished; equipped with every comfort and a spacious, well-maintained garden, it is the perfect location to relax and enjoy your holiday. The ground floor hosts the living area: a spacious and modern open-plan space equipped with sofa, television, dining table and kitchen with fully equipped island. There is also a guest bathroom. Going up the stairs you find the sleeping area, consisting of five bedrooms, four of which have a double bed, television and en-suite bathroom with shower, and one with two single beds.



The main feature of the house is the garden that surrounds the villa, composed of a well-maintained lawn and a terraced area covered with a dining area and kitchenette. Furthermore, the villa is located within a residence complete with concierge service and access to two private beaches.

The marvellous city of Cefalù offers one of the best beaches in Sicily. It is known for the Norman Cathedral, a 12th-century structure resembling a fortress with elaborate Byzantine mosaics and tall twin towers, and nearby you can visit the Mandralisca Museum with its archaeological exhibitions. For an excursion with a sea view, the Rocca di Cefalù, also called U Castieddu by locals, is not to be missed—a splendid fortress whose summit hosts the ruins of the medieval castle. The coast of Cefalù offers marvellous crystal-clear waters and golden beaches in the spirit of fun and relaxation, in a Mediterranean climate where you can breathe in clear air.
