Starting from January 1st, 2024 there is a new "environmental tax/fee" that the guests will have to pay for each day of their stay in our country according to the following schedule:
- From March to October, the rate of 10 Euros per day should be paid in cash on arrival.
- From November to February the amount of 4 Euro per day should be paid in cash on arrival.

This fully-equipped property in Crete is ideal for a relaxing yet exciting vacation with family and friends. On the pool level, Mia Casa Villa offers a stylishly decorated and laid-out living room and kitchen, as well as a stylish dining space with abundant seating and exquisite décor. The living area has comfy seats, a 50" HDTV/Smart TV, and air conditioning. The kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, freezer, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, blender, coffee machine, and Nespresso machine. There is also an ironing board, a washing machine, and a dryer.

Mia Casa has 4 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 more on the first floor: one with a double bed and one single bed and the other with a double bed and a sofa bed that can accommodate one adult or two children, all with ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning, balconies, safes, and satellite TVs. On the ground floor, there is also one WC for guests to use.
Mia Casa features an amazing outdoor area for guests to enjoy, complete with a large swimming pool and a children's pool, an outdoor shower, a built-in BBQ, a comfy dining area, and poolside seating.
