Gorgeous property

Great property with generous sized accommodation. Terrific outdoor spaces, in particular, and the whole place being spotlessly clean. Excellent communication with Theresa who left a selection of lovely goodies for us. The only slight negative about the property is that it is about 3km outside Conversano on a relatively busy road so it’s not possible to walk into town. Nothing that Theresa can do about that!

Beautiful modern and stylish villa with great pool and fabulous location to all of Puglia.

We were the lucky first guests of Teresa’s beautiful new and modern villa. The gated sandstone walls surround a gorgeous outdoor space and amazing pool that provide an outdoor oasis. The Villa is spacious, comfortable and ideal for families. It had all the amenities required for a perfect stay in to cook or just relax. The location is very good. Close to an old picturesque town with shopping and restaurants, while five minutes to the coast is the lively Polignano a Mare. Teresa and her husband were great hosts. They provided an abundance of pantry and fridge welcome gifts and were available quickly to answer any questions we had. We appreciated a quick drop by as we were leaving with breakfast to send us off.

From the very first message, Teresa’s warmth, thoughtfulness, and attentiveness set the tone for an unforgettable experience.The villa itself is simply stunning — beautifully maintained, comfortable, and exuding charm in every corner. The photos don’t do it justice. Teresa went above and beyond in every way: she prepared a heavenly homemade cake for breakfast, stocked the kitchen with morning essentials, and surprised us with an incredible selection of local delicacies — salami, prosciutto, cheeses — all carefully chosen to showcase the region’s flavors. Since we were arriving late, she even took care of grocery shopping for us, making settling in effortless and so welcoming.The location is truly unbeatable — just a stone’s throw from Polignano a Mare and perfectly positioned to explore the beauty of Puglia. Whether you want to wander charming towns, explore the coast, or savor regional cuisine, Villa Malia is the perfect home base for it all.Teresa and Vito are extraordinary hosts who make you feel completely at home. This stay was one of the most memorable we’ve ever had, and we cannot wait to return.

Ho soggiornato a Malìa Villa per pochissimo per lavoro insieme al mio team, ma sono certo di volerci tornare assolutamente con la mia famiglia. Gli spazi esterni sono ampi e ben curati ancor meglio di quanto visto in foto. All' interno abbiamo trovato tutti i comfort ed una pulizia impeccabile. Top soggiorno di alta qualità!

Un bel posto dove stare che è stato costruito con cura con il cuore! I padroni di casa sono stati fantastici e ci hanno accolto come se fossimo della famiglia. La casa è nuova! Hanno anche pensato di aggiungere una cucina esterna e docce esterne e l'accesso ai bagni senza dover entrare in casa! Conversano è idealmente situato a tutti i bei posti che la zona ha da offrire come Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Trulli di Alberobello, ecc. Altamente raccomandato! Grazie mille!
