Welcome to our Oasis in Berlin! Spacious, luminous and newly-designed apartment only 15 minutes from Alexanderplatz. The whole ca. 104 m2 apartment of well-studied interior design is at complete disposal of your family or friends´ stay. With equipped kitchen, several rooms and workplace - this apartment offers you everything you need to feel completely at ease. You also have many great cafes and restaurants in the surrounding neighborhood and it is well connected to all attractions in the city.

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.

Insgesamt eine schöne Unterkunft, die modern und wirklich geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist und dazu geräumig. Ausstattungstechnisch fehlt es an fast nichts. Die Lage ist sehr gut, auch für Familien mit Kindern (Tram in 5 Minuten, Spielplatz in 2 Minuten, Edeka in 1 Minute, ...). Zwei Mankos: Die WLAN Abdeckung in der Wohnung ist katastrophal, über mobile Daten ging leider auch nicht viel (vermutlich aufgrund der dicken Mauern und EG-Lage). Die Straße vor der Wohnung ist mit groben Pflastersteinen gepflastert. Dadurch werden vorbei fahrende Autos, vor allem in der Nacht, zum deutlichen Lärmpegel.
