Independent, comfortable and bright villa, located in a strategic area of the Valle d'Intelvi, immersed in a private park of 4000 square meters, with centuries-old trees of great value. The large outdoor patio covered by a large canopy allows you to enjoy the splendid view of the valley in complete tranquility. The kitchen is fully equipped and equipped with appliances. The villa has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 7 people. The interior of the villa is furnished in a classic Italian style with modern design elements.
It is 1 km from the city center where there are bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The bus stop is not far from the entrance to the property.
