This large apartment of95m2is nicely decorated and has a spacious living room, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with sea views, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Main bedroom has ensuite bathroom. The sunny terrace of goodsize, where you canenjoy your meals,has a wonderful mountain view and partial sea view!





It is situated in a secure gated apartment complex Las Brisaswith 2 sunny swimming pools.





This area has some of the best beaches in the island, Playa del Duque and Playa del Fañabé(within20-30 min walking or a few mins drive).

Within walkingdistance,you can find ashopping centre X-Sur witha large Mercadona supermarket, a fewothershops,restaurants,acinemaand a Spa “Agua Club Termal”. There are a few bakeries and local restaurants close by tooas well a small supermarket.
