Nice apartment but communications not great!

We booked this apartment on 26th Feb for use 4th April having requested the feasibility of a late checkout and obtaining a positive response from the owner. Late check in/out was required due to the lateness of our flights. Once the apartment was booked, the owner would not comment, confirm or respond in any way shape or form , about our requests for confirmation regarding our late check out arrangements. Upon arrival the apartment and complex was found to be spotlessly clean, nicely presented and exactly as described. It was late in the evening when we arrived and were met at the apartment as agreed,by Isabel (person responsible for handover/cleaning etc) who advised that there was no provision for late check out. Although I attempted to contact the owner, again she refused to respond, so although we had a lovely holiday, our last day was somewhat blighted, since we were required to leave at 12pm although our flight home did not depart until 9:45pm. Accepting that the cleaner could do nothing to accommodate this request, without agreement from the owner, who refused to communicate, we arranged to store our belongings, spend the rest of the day at the pool and shower later, in my brothers apartment (staying at the same complex with a late check out agreement) but requested the use of our apartment towels. This was eventually given begrudgingly, after more negotiation than one would have anticipated for such a small consideration. In summary this is a nice apartment in a nice complex. The food at the pool bar is of good quality and at a reasonable price. A car is essential here. We had a lovely holiday, but be aware if you require a late check out , you will likely not get it, even if you think that is exactly what you initially agreed and booked. Regards

Lamentamos mucho las molestias que le hemos ocasionado, sin duda debidas a una falta de comunicación, no tenemos impedimento en que se abandone el apartamento todo lo tarde que desee el cliente, siempre y cuando no tengamos un nuevo huésped ese día, como ocurrió en la fecha que usted abandonó el apartamento. Siempre dejamos condicionado el abandono tarde del apartamento a las reservas que se puedan producir. Por otra parte estamos atosfechos que el apartamento y su estancia en las zonas comunes de la Urbanización hayan sido de su agrado, es lo verdaderamente importante.

Nous sommes une famille de 4, 2 adultes et 2 enfants de 6 et 8 ans. L'appartement était parfait. Chaque enfant avait sa chambre en bas et nous avions une grande chambre parentale en haut. Il y a 2 salles de bain.L'appartement est très confortable, propre et dispose de tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour de vacances. Les 2 grandes terrasses sont très bien également. La résidence dans laquelle se trouve l'appartement est aussi bien entretenue. Il y a beaucoup de végétations. Les piscines sont spacieuses et nous avons toujours trouvé un transat. Le seul reproche que je ferais est que la piscine ferme un peu tôt le soir (20h).Le restaurant au bord de la piscine est très bon. L'autoroute qui fait le tour de l'île est à 5 minutes en voiture. L'emplacement est juste idéal.Nous avons vécu un très joli moment à Ténérife. Merci à Abraham pour son accueil et ses conseils.

Super sejour en famille

L appartement est très beau, l accueil est juste parfait. L environnement et la piscine magnifiques. Seul petit détail, il n'y a pas de climatisation mais des ventilateurs !!! Sinon tout était parfait !!!
