We enjoyed the prime location of this property; being right below a coffee shop and across from a rail stop made getting around Athens very convenient. We also appreciated the easy walk to the Stavros Cultural Center and the large balcony with its pleasant views. That said, our stay did present a few challenges related to communication and some unexpected details. We received check-in instructions just a couple of hours before our arrival, which felt quite last-minute compared to other rentals. Clearer written guidance on check-out, local dining spots, or transportation tips would have been a welcome addition. Functionally, the washer/dryer was difficult to use due to being labeled in Greek and lacking detergent or instructions. We also noticed flickering, dim lights in the bathroom and stains on the window shades. On our first evening, we had a brief encounter with a large roach from under the couch. Ultimately, these issues didn't ruin our trip. The property's great location offers great potential. With more focus on hospitality, enhanced cleanliness, and proactive communication, this could easily become an outstanding choice. Compared to our other stays, we felt there was an opportunity for greater hospitality here.

Great view, from 5th floor

Both units were very clean and comfortable. Coffee shop location was good and easy to find. It is only a couple of km to the port for our ferry to crete. Just wish the unit had coffee as we are early risers and shop was not open. Recommend air conditioning over open windows as the the marina can be extremely loud with music...
