The property is OK, the value is good. Not a place to hang out, but simply to sleep and get about the city. It is overstated in the photos.

Ground floor flat understandably had a lot of noise , with people coming in late and leaving early in the morning. The apartment was very clean, bathroom is compact, but value for money very good. Could do with a microwave

I will say, the one review on this property made me lower my expectations but I wanted to share my own experience which was fantastic! The property let us drop our luggage off so that we could explore hands free, communication and check in instructions were clear. The tube is close, pubs, grocery store, Kensington, Chelsea… loved everything about the area and the flat provided everything we needed. It’s not a huge space but you’re not on top of your luggage. Hot tip: keep luggage in the first doorway for space, use the small fan for white noise, and to turn on the shower use the red switch outside the bathroom door. Pack an umbrella and outlet converters and you’re all set! Best. Trip. Ever. Enjoy a proper English breakfast before you go ;)
