This is an elegant 3-bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse that features an open-plan living space and a covered terrace suited to alfresco dining with a peaceful backdrop and tropical garden views; the perfect villa for a family vacation located within the Royal Apartments in the prestigious Royal Westmoreland, Barbados.
Constructed with local materials, this is a spacious and airy, with well-thought-out interiors perfect for making the most of the Caribbean climate. Beautifully appointed, the living and dining areas feature rustic-style furniture and leads onto a covered terrace with breathtaking views of the established gardens, the perfect relaxing space for guests to enjoy an afternoon drink. Adjacent to the living areas sits a fully equipped kitchen.
The Master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed with access to the private pool terrace and enjoys the stunning tropical garden views. It offers plenty of closet space and an impressive en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2, located opposite the Master bedroom, is furnished with two twin beds, an accompanying bedside table, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom two also has access to the pool terrace allowing guests to enjoy the serene poolside atmosphere while watching the astonishing sunsets each evening.
The ground level provides ample storage, laundry, and a half-bathroom which can be used as a guest bathroom when entertaining.
Bedroom 3, located on the second level, closest to the main entrance, features a queen-sized bed with an en-suite bathroom and shower. Bedroom 3 also has a private garden view terrace, perfect for guests to indulge in the charming garden views while enjoying their morning coffee.
Your rental includes a maid service 3 days per week, plus access to the Royal Westmoreland facilities, including the communal pool, gym, and the Royal Westmoreland Beach Club at Mullins Beach, which is a short drive away.
Estate Amenity Fee – Effective May 1, 2026
Starting May 1, 2026, Royal Westmoreland will introduce a daily amenity fee of BBD $20 (US$10) per person for all guests staying on the estate. This fee is payable directly to Royal Westmoreland upon collection of resort passes. Guests who choose not to use the resort facilities (including the beach club) may opt out of the fee. Please note, however, that partial or selective day access is not available—the amenity fee must be paid in full for the duration of your stay to enjoy access. Please note that children under 16 years old are exempt from the daily amenity fee.
This property rental DOES NOT permit the use of Riemann P20 Sunscreen, as it damages towels and fabrics. It can cause irreparable damage to linens that are not visible until laundered. Guests must check that their sunscreen does not contain P20. Guests will be charged up to USD$50 per damaged towel or up to USD$300 per damaged sheet or coverlet.
