Cozy mini-apartment nestled in the green Umbrian countryside

Two old, dilapidated farmhouses and an old silo—once used as a grain warehouse and animal shelter—have been skilfully renovated in keeping with Umbrian farming traditions, and several small apartments have been created within them to serve as holiday rentals.
The farmhouses take their name from the area known as La Spada, where legend has it that an ancient sword was found, a sign of the presence of the knights of the Terre Arnolfe in the area.
The natural surroundings, tranquility, and silence of the area make Casale La Spada the ideal place to enjoy a pleasant and relaxing stay in a warm, homely atmosphere.
Guests have access to a large garden, a small fitness room with a sauna, and private parking.
