When booking I informed the property owner that it was for a hen weekend for a group of mature ladiesAge group was 84, seven 60 year olds, a couple in their 30’s and one in their 20’sOn arrival the neighbour knocked at 5pm and said just letting you know I have a baby so I don’t want you making a noise later if you have a drinkAn hour later the owner messaged me to say to turn off the music now - not impressed, it ruined our weekend and left us all feeling uncomfortable We did not have the music up loud but we did talk and laugh Seeing as the house sleeps 20 I can only imagine if it had multiple families there and they made a noise, all stairs and rooms are wood so children running about would be a no no let alone sitting in the garden on a nice evening having a drink with a bit of music

Property ok although a few issues and the Owner/Host behaved appallingly prior to our stay

We booked via Vrbo, it was confirmed and payment was taken. The owner then subsequently asked us to pay more and when we said this was not acceptable, withheld the arrival details until we made an extra direct payment to her on the morning of the day we were due to travel to the property. It felt like a scam and we are seeking the extra money we were forced to pay, to be refunded. Would strongly recommend others not to book this property.

Great place in Hunstanton.

Great stay, great place, good size, plenty of space. Nothing seemed to much for the host, I asked to drop off some shopping earlier than check -in, she agreed. I didn’t need to in the end. The host put up a Xmas tree, which was a great touch. Great location, 5 mins to beach and town.
