This property was ideal for our family break, age range from 3 to 67. All the facilities you need and a lovely garden with ample parking for 4 cars. So close to all the amenities of Hunstanton, we didn't need to use our cars all weekend. We would stay again and reccomend.
Beautiful old large property. So much room for a large family especially for children to play hide and seek!A bathroom and bedroom for everyone and a moment from the seafront. Enclosed garden. Plenty of room for parking.
We had a wonderful holiday in Hunstanton. This is a lovely property in an excellent location. Lots of space for 3 families (6 adults and 6 children). It was great to have separate living areas and the pool table was a big hit especially in February when the weather was a bit iffy. The house is in a peaceful location with the ocean and shops a few mins walk away. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of plates and crockery for 12 and clean and tidy for our arrival. We would love to visit again!
Lovely house, great location, the rooms were huge, plenty of room for 6 adults, 4 kids and 2 dogs. There's lots of things to do and places to visit in the area. We were lucky enough to get wall to wall sunshine, if anything it was too hot at times!
We had a family get together at Bracondale and we all loved the location, so close to everything, shops, take aways, restaurants and lovely beach walks on the doorstep, and wonderful sunsets to see. The kitchen was so well equipped plenty utensils, and cooking equipment. Beds were comfy, it’s an old quirky house which could do with some tlc in a few areas but we certainly would love to return.
Lovely house, great to be so close to the sea. Highly recommend. The only complaint would be there were no bin bags, dishwasher tablets and couldnt find the hair dryer
Fantastic Property - Ideal for a family stay and in a perfect location
The property was perfect for what we needed; close to the sea and the town centre, and a short walk to Old Hunstanton and the dunes. A large enough property to house a family gathering, with some lovely original features and well appointed with books, games and a pool table. Would highly recommend.
Absolutely perfect house for a family and friends get together (x12 of us with a mix of adults, teenagers and children).
Perfect location for Hunstanton and getting to other locations such as Thornham and Brancaster. We will definitely be contacting the owners again for further stays at this amazing house.
We had plenty of room for the ten of us. The house was situated in a lovely area of Hunstanton. There was so much to do in the area. We loved the fact that we could just walk two minutes down the road to buy a lovely ice cream.
This is our second year in a row staying at Bracondale. Lovely house in a perfect location. Our party consists of 6 adults, a 3 year old, her new baby brother and three small dogs. Perfect for (constant) trips to the park! We look forward to coming again.
Loads of space, all rooms are big. Pool table was a great edition for rainy days.
House is very convenient for town and great to have so much parking space.
Weve stayed in many holiday properties over the years. This one gets the "Wow!" factor for the size of the rooms, the pool table, kitchen equipment and of course the sunset views over the sea from the lounge.
It was also great to have both a garden and parking as the extended family came together from various corners of England (and China!)

Why they chose this property
When we saw Bracondale we both fell in love with its period features and location and whilst a lot of work was required, we knew that it would make a perfect holiday home.
We believe that we have achieved our goal in making the house a superb place to stay, and when we get the chance, we love coming over to Hunstanton.
The access it provides to the North Norfolk coast along with the convenience of being in town, makes a great combination.
Boston Square is a lovely quiet location opposite the Millennium Sensory Park, close to both the beach and the town centre and with some great views. On a clear day in summer, we enjoy relaxing and watching the sun set over the Wash.
What makes this property unique
The ambience of the house means that you can feel yourself relax as soon as you walk in the door. We are still finding features of this Arts & Crafts house that continue to charm us.
The large pub-sized pool-table is a benefit both for the grown-ups and children alike, and having a second sitting room allows those wanting their own space, to read, listen to music, or to watch something different on the telly, a great benefit.
Pop round the corner for a curry or Chinese, or walk to the nearby pub for a quick pint is a pleasure we enjoy when at Bracondale. Also, there are some good restaurants in town. As an alternative, we might take a drive along the coast road for a meal at one of the many great pubs and restaurants in the surrounding villages.
