A wonderfully located seaside holiday home with private garden and courtyard terrace overlooking the sand dunes at Merlimont beach.
The house is fully independent and has driveway parking. The accommodation is on two floors. The ground floor has a large open plan lounge / dining room which opens directly on to the garden and courtyard. There is a new fully fitted kitchen, shower room and separate WC. The first floor has three bedrooms, one double one twin and one bunk bedroom. There is a bathroom with a bath / shower and another separate WC.
The courtyard borders the sand dunes and has the most amazing views to enjoy whilst eating or relaxing outside. There is also a large lawn garden perfect for games and soaking up the sea air. There is a garage available for storage and private on site parking is available for two cars. The house is at the end of a quiet cul de sac and sits right next to the sand dunes. The vast sandy beach and the town centre are just a short walk away.

Tamaris is owned by an English family who spend most of their time in England. The house and holiday rentals are managed by Michael Reid who lives in the nearby village of Tingry. Originally from Hertfordshire Michael has lived and worked in France since 1994. His company Pied à Terre specialises in second home and holiday home management and has been trading successfully since 2004.
Why they chose this property
Merlimont is a real jewel in this fabulous stretch of coast line. A traditional sea side resort with an enormous sandy beach and picturesque village center. A warm and friendly location with a great mix of locals and tourists.
Many guests don't move from Merlimont during their stay. But for those guests that like to get out and about there is so much to see and do in the region.
