Shocking!!! No swimming pool, park closed off, no WiFi. All the accommodation was in disrepair. Requested some sort of refund and still no communication. Everything that was advertised wasn’t working or available. We received a phone call on the day of our arrival saying that pool wasn’t accessible due to a technical issue when we arrived and looked at the pool it was green and clearly not been used in a while. Then on arrival was told the WiFi was down (not the best area for phone signal to use our phones 5g). We arrived to find all the furniture torn or broken. The hot tub was full of leaves and pine needles. The log burner was out of order. By far the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Went home early.
