THE PROPERTY

Our family-friendly property provides the following on-site amenities:
- Swimming pool;
- Loungers, umbrellas by the pool;
- Airport shuttle (additional charge);
- Apartment equipped with some special items (upon request): Bed for pet, absorbent training pad, cat toilet, food and water bowls;
- Pets are allowed with an extra charge of €25 per day, per pet. Up to 15 kg, with a maximum of 2 animals per apartment. Legal pet ownership papers are required;
- Outdoor Parking is available for guests (subject to availability and no surveillance).

PLEASE NOTE:
- The apartment building doesn’t have an on-site desk; instead, a 24-hour front desk at the Real Marina Hotel nearby is available, and check-in needs to be done at this property for key collection and deposits.
- Upon check-in, you will be asked for a security deposit in cash of 450€ which will be returned upon check-out after checking the apartment. However, if the guest does not want to wait for the inspection of the apartment, the property reserves the right to charge the guest's credit card after their departure for any damages they have caused during their stay.
- Cleaning and towel changes in the apartments are done only on stays longer than 7 nights.
