If you fancy a dip in the pool, the resort offers a wonderful one available from June 15th to September 15th, for an additional fee. Color's House on the Beach is a symphony of light and comfort: air conditioning, WI-FI, TV, washing machine, hairdryer, and iron.

Follow the GPS coordinates provided and you will find yourself in front of the blue gate of the Colonia Principi di Piemonte. To enter by car, use the smallest key that you find in the bunch that was provided to you, your parking space is number 33 and you will find it on your right. Once you have parked your car, head towards the reception which is located in front of the gate from where you entered by car. Go through the reception, walk down the long corridor and take the open door on your right . You can find the house in the second gate on your right. put your hand in the eraser and open the door with the black key, pressing it upwards. You arrived!

Property good location on beach. But property heavily advertised the ability for outdoor dining and using the barbecue. This doesn’t exist… we contacted the owners but was just advised that it wasn’t in use ( and doesn’t look like it has ever been).Property needs some basic repairs… shower screen, new pillows, not enough bowls, glasses etc. ground bedroom damp

Poor customer service

We were told we could check in until 20:00. Due to a mix up about the address (the address is in Pisa, not Livorno, and the same address in Livorno is nearly ten miles from the actual apartment) we took much longer to get to the Vrbo than we had originally told the property manager. We did, however, finally get the correct location and got a taxi to the address with an arrival at 19:45. We were then told by the property manager that she had had a long day and she was not willing to meet up and we would just have to make other arrangements. In addition, once we had found another place to stay for the night, I got a text from her that we COULD stay at the Vrbo, but we needed 50 euro cash. We were already in our new hotel by that time. The entire process was inhospitable and we were made to feel like a major inconvenience to the manager. Would never stay here again, despite a very nice apartment and great location.

Our staff had already completed their shift after waiting in vain, but we still offered you an alternative to access the apartment independently, requesting a fee for the out-of-hours service, as clearly communicated in advance. You chose to decline and book another accommodation. La procédure d'arrivée était simple et très bien expliquée. La communication avec la propriétaire était fluide jusqu'au moment où nous lui avons signalé que le jardin n'était pas propre. Là, la relation s'est un peu tendue... Dommage pour le jardin dont nous n'avons pas pu profiter pour cause d'invasion de moustiques ( plus d'une trentaine de piqûres chacun!)! Nous devions nous enfermer dans l'appartement... L'accès à la plage à 100m est un point positif. Pour le reste, les environs sont plutôt calmes.

Nous sommes désolés d’apprendre que la présence de moustiques a perturbé votre séjour. Malheureusement, il s’agit d’un phénomène naturel très fréquent dans les zones côtières et verdoyantes de la Toscane, surtout en fin d’été, et indépendant de notre gestion. Le jardin est régulièrement entretenu et désinsectisé par une société spécialisée, mais il est parfois difficile de prévenir totalement leur présence en extérieur. Die perfekte Lage Die Lage des Appartements war perfekt ! 2 min Gehweg zum Strand in eine Richtung und 2 min Gehweg zum kleinem Einkaufszentrum und Bushaltestelle in die andere Richtung . Wir hatten kein Auto gemietet aber trotzdem alles gesehen ,was wir uns vorgenommen haben. Livorno , Pisa , Lucca, Florenz. Das alles mit Bus und Zug bereist . Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind sehr zu empfehlen. Das Appartement ist etwas abgenutzt aber sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren zu zweit, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das einzige was mich gestört hat , war das Geruch aus dem Zimmer neben dem Schlafzimmer. Es roch etwas muffig . Zu dem Appartement gehört auch einen keinen Garten, der mit allen möglichen Sitz- und Liegemöbeln ausgestattet ist und eine keine Wasserdusche besitzt, die sehr praktisch war . Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im April genossen. Die Anlage war fast leer und entsprechend herrlich ruhig. Im Sommer sieht es, denke ich, ganz anders aus . Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und können es weiter empfehlen. Mit der Betreuung des Appartements durch Pleiades Home Siris waren wir auch sehr zufrieden. Sie waren immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Anna
