wiedrige Umstände!

Das Appartement ist von der Lage her 👍. Innen ist eigentlich alles was man so benötigt da. Einen Fahrstuhl gibt es auch der mit Gepäck wirklich nützlich ist. Aber ❗️❗️❗️ 4 Monate vorher gebucht und bestätigt. Eine (nur eine) Nachricht vom Vermieter (man könne nur von So. bis So. buchen) kam. Trotz Kontakt zum Service Team, die alles versucht haben hat sich der Vermieter nicht mehr gemeldet . Wir waren schon von Milano aus auf dem Weg zum Appartement mit ständigem Kontakt zu Service Team die dann endlich jemand erreicht hatten. Wir wussten bis 5Std. vorher nicht ob wir später auf der Straße stehen. Eine sehr nette Dame (Carmen) hatte uns dann das Appartement übergeben aber auch hier gab’s problemlos. Das obere Bad = Baustelle u. konnte nicht genutzt werden. Im unteren Bad das Hauptlicht defekt und wir mussten (wegen den Handwerkern) spätesten um 9 Uhr raus sein. Also einfach und problemlos geht andres !

Fijn appartement met prachtig uitzicht!

Accomodatie was schoon en prettig. Eigen parkeerplaats, airco,wasmachine en vaatwasser. Hartelijke ontvangst en fijne communicatie. Prachtig uitzicht! Denk dat het tijdens het hoogseizoen wel druk is. Mooi groot balkon is erg prettig. Alles aanwezig. Prima voor 4 personen alhoewel de slaapbank niet heel fijn ligt en je hebt geen eigen slaappkamer. Het is een grote open ruimte. Wanneer er een topmatras op de slaapbank kan is het perfect! Zwembad is te gebruiken tegen betaling. Hebben we geen gebruik van gemaakt maar zag er prachtig uit.

Gorgeous view!

The best part about this place is opening the windows to see the Mediterranean Sea. It is simply breathtaking. The balcony is much larger than the pictures capture and it is where we spent most of our time when not out and about. Even though this is listed as a non-smoking place, there was a noticeable scent of stale cigarette smoke when entering and the windows are not open. Property Manager was so helpful for our check-in! The address I had been given was off by a number so it wasn't as smooth as I hoped. Previous reviews also mention issues with the wifi. We were unable to connect for the few days we were there and we were unable to get it resolved with working with the property manager and owner. It gave us time to unplug though would have liked to use it for confirming travel. Location is accessible by car or bus. I recommend car for those traveling if you do not want to rely on the bus schedule for arrival/departure. Otherwise the plaza across the street was very walkable and a very delicious meal at Andy's down the street.

polecam ładna okolica , świetny taras i widok z apartamentu na morze, basen i góry

okolica świetna lokalizacja apartamentu bardzo dobra widok zarazem na morze, góry i basen. posesja ogrodzona. Po drugiej stronie ulicy market spożywczy bar przy plazy i basenie. Wszystko na miejscu. Taras boski. Apartament jesli chodzi o kuchnie świetnie wyposażony dużo naczyń, szklanek itp. nawet worki na śmieci. Suszarka do włosów, pralka dobrze pracująca chociaż na zewnątrz trochę zniszczona. Zmywarka ok, lodówka duża chociaż trochę zniszczona. Deska do prasowania i żelazko dostepne, odkurzacz. Jedyny problem byl z klimatyzacją żle( była głośna a nie chłodziła lecialo letnie powietrze) pracowała. Moim zdaniem był to klimatyzator a nie klimatyzacja. Dobrze że była bryza od morza to dało się wytrzymać jak otworzyło się okna, ale słychać było dzwięki z baru na plazy. Nam to nie przeszkadzało przeciez to wakacje. Problem był z internetem . Przyjechaliśmy w niedzielę a dostepny był dopiero we wtorek wieczorem po licznych sms do zarządcy i właściciela. Mieszkanie było słabo posprzątanie( lodowka, szafki brudne). Widać było że dawno nie było używane. Przydałoby się odświeżanie, odmalowanie apartamentu. Były miejsca gdzie farba odpadała. Koncepcja mieszkania świetna ale wykończenie pozostawia wiele do życzenia.
