Three-room apartment of 55 m2 - sleeps 3
It offers 3 comfortable beds in a triple room (double + single bed) and offers guests a camping cot free of charge for infants under 3 years of age. The dining area is divided from the kitchenette. From the room you have access to a small terrace overlooking the sea, but the strong point of the structure is the large equipped entrance terrace. You will therefore have a double outdoor space at your disposal, one at the front for exclusive use with an incredible view of the Gulf, and one at the entrance (shared but with its own equipped corner for individual use).

Important Notes:
- minimum age for check-in is 21 years (on request also younger, with payment of double security deposit)
- check-in in our offices from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed, with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros *monitored for not to cause discomfort in the apartment next door
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
