Consigliamo caldamente di alloggiare qua. Most pleasant stay in S. Andrea

The place is ideal for families, very quiet and clean, with all necessities we needed. Large terrace, spectacular view, 10 minutes walk to the nice beach. Little shop and nice restaurants nearby. And, a very warm welcome and friendly hosting by Anselmo and his wife! 100% recommendation!

Entspannend und sympathisch

Von Anfang an war die Kommunikation mit Anselmo und seiner Frau sehr angenehm. Wir wurden rechtzeitig gefragt, ob wir die BettwĂ€sche mitbringen oder mieten möchten und auch der Check-in verlief einwandfrei. Die beiden machen es leicht sich wohlzufĂŒhlen und sind fĂŒr Fragen immer offen. Das Appartement war sehr sauber!Die Umgebung ist in Sant‘Andrea wunderschön und man ist in 5 bis 10 Minuten am Meer. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr gut erholt!

Un appartement trÚs bien situé au-dessus de la baie de Sant Andrea, des propriétaiees fort sympas.

Découverte de l'ßle sous la pluie, un mois de mai inhabituellement pluvieux. Une ßle magnifique, la montée au Monte Capanne splendide et la mer encore trÚs fraßche !

Eine schöne saubere Wohnung. Nette, aufmerksame Gastgeber. Schöner relativ ruhiger Ort. Einziges kleines Manko: Terrasse war nicht absperrbar, sodass wir unseren erkundigungsfreudigen Hund anleinen mussten.

Tutto perfetto. Appartamento nuovo, pulito e confortevole, addirittura con due bagni. Silenzioso e vicino alla spiaggia. Con una camminata di 5 minuti si arriva alla spiaggia di s. Andrea e in 20 minuti al cotoncello. Proprietari gentili disponibili e simpatici. Approvato

Wonderful little flat with a grand terrace

We really enjoyed our stay with our two little boys there in October. The flat has two sleeping areas connected to kitchen and living room. For our kids this is ok. If you need more privacy, this should be considered. Franca and Anselmo were lovely and gave us great tips for hikes and things to do in the area. We are looking forward to coming back in the future!

A wonderful place

We had a wonderful stay! Anselmo and Franca have been very kind and forthcoming from the beginning, the apartment is lovely and very well equipped, and the partly covered terrace with a beautiful view just gorgeous. Only the mattress was a bit hard for my taste. We will certainly come back!

Wunderbar

Meine Entscheidung, genau diese Wohnung zu mieten, wurde maßgeblich von den ausschließlich sehr guten Bewertungen auf dieser Seite beeinflusst. Und da ich es dort genauso vorgefunden habe, schreibe ich jetzt auch eine weitere sehr gute RĂŒckmeldung. Franca und Anselmo, die nur italienisch sprechen, verbreiten einfach eine WohlfĂŒhlatmosphĂ€re. Das Appartement besteht eigentlich nur aus einem Raum, der nur durch halbhohe WĂ€nde untergliedert ist. Das könne evtl. ein Problem sein, wenn unterschiedliche Schlafenszeiten (z.B. bei der Reise mit kleinen Kindern) vorliegen. Da die partiell ĂŒberdachte, riesige Terrasse sowieso der Hauptaufenthaltsbereich ist, lĂ€sst sich dieses aber umgehen. Wir haben bei der Einrichtung der Wohnung nichts vermisst, was uns wirklich gravierend gefehlt hĂ€tte. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Wunderschöner Ausblick

super Apartment, sehr sauber. Tolle Aussicht und ruhig gelegen. Meer fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar (besonders schön: links und rechts vom Sandstrand) und kleines GeschĂ€ft in der NĂ€he. Der nĂ€chste grĂ¶ĂŸere Supermarkt aber nur mit Auto erreichbar. Schöne und gute Restaurants (z.B. Il Sottomarino, jedenfalls einen Besuch wert) fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Tolle (Stein-/Fels-)StrĂ€nde samt SonnenuntergĂ€ngen nicht weit entfernt. Der Westen Elbas ist ĂŒberhaupt sehr empfehlenswert, insbesondere fĂŒr Naturliebhaber:innen.

Best host and nice little town with beautiful Beach

The House is super clean and well disposed. Everyone sleeps in the same room, but it works fine. We didn't cook ourselves and think that some kitchenware might be missing if that is a priority. The view is really beautiful and in 10 minutes you are at the beach, where there is a nice beach bar and a few good restaurants. We can recommend trips to Marciana and Poggio, beautiful mountain towns close by. Anselmo and Franca are incredibly nice and welcoming and happy to help. We were very hot one night and asked for a fan, it was ready when we got home in the evening. Our warmest recommendations for the yellow house!

ESPERIENZA FANTASTICA

Tutto perfetto, Anselmo e sua moglie sono davvero persone squisite. La casa Ăš ben tenuta, molto pulita e in posizione panoramica ma vicina alla spiaggia. Lo spazio all aperto Ăš un plus per chi come noi ha due bambini. Grazie per l'ospitalitĂ  e alla prossima!!
