Our home is a spacious 1980 square foot, 2 bedroom/2 bath Wailea Beach Villa with a den that functions as a third bedroom. Located directly above the upper pool with a spectacular garden and pool view, this luxurious unit offers a generous slice of ocean view as well. Furnished in elegant Island Style, the feeling is serene and sophisticated. The tropical motif is accentuated with a touch of Asia. Mornings can be spent on your private lanai, watching the many dive boats arrive at Molokini in the distance. The adult pool is located right next to the beach - the family pool is near our unit. Our unit is approx. 800 feet from the beach, down the path past ponds and waterfalls - or, ask the concierge for a ride in the golf cart.

K107 has a generously sized master suite with sumptuous king bed and large flat-screen TV. In the spacious en-suite bath you'll find a large soaking tub, separate shower, dual sinks, and a walk-in closet with safe. The second bedroom offers twin beds that can be combined into a king on request, large TV and second bath. The bed and bath can be sectioned off into a private suite. The den has a queen-sized sofa bed (yes, a comfortable bed!) and can be closed off for privacy. Be sure to let us know if you will be using it and we will have it set up for you prior to arrival. All beds have luxury linens. Other features include satellite cable (with Hulu Disney+, Netflix, Prime and more) wireless broadband internet, and a stocked laundry room in the unit.

A fully stocked kitchen with two Sub-Zero refrigerators makes cooking (or just snacking) a breeze. You have the ability to make coffee with a regular drip coffee maker, a Keurig-style single coffee maker as well as an espresso pod machine. It's also useful to have an air-fryer in addition to the full size oven, microwave and range. We provide coffee, teas, sweeteners and starter amounts of Nespresso and Keurig pods.
