Set in the heart of Nueva Andalucia, surrounded by amenities (supermarket, butchers, and wine shop just round the corner), a very short distance to Marbella’s finest Golf Clubs, and only a 20-minute walk to the beach and Puerto Banús, Urbanisation La Maestranza boasts a fantastic location. Add to that several communal swimming pools (one heated!) and tropical gardens, this urbanisation is perfect for a holiday in Marbella.



Casa Vida is a newly and fully refurbished 3 bedroomed apartment; exquisitely decorated, offering elegant functionality and all the comfort expected from a holiday home.



The open-plan kitchen-living area provides a stylish space to relax and dine. This is continued onto the terrace which features outdoor dining furniture and a Weber gas BBQ… perfect for summer alfresco dining in the gentle breeze. The kitchen offers brand new and modern appliances (including a dishwasher and washing machine) and all the necessary equipment to allow you to explore all your favourite recipes.



The Master bedroom has a beautiful ensuite bathroom featuring 2 rain showers, and has its own access to the terrace. There are a further 2 bedrooms, one holding a 160cm bed, and the other features 2 single beds. These two bedrooms have a shared bathroom.



There is hot/cold air conditioning, a Smart television, WIFI, and a private parking space in the garage.

We had a pleasant stay at this apartment! Only thing to note, is that the 3rd bedroom has two single beds which differ in height, and therefore it was not possible to use this one as a double bed. Other than that, no complaints! Great pool, terrace and location, and the apartment itself was clean and stylish :)
