Renovated holiday cottage in a bright and modern style with good, personal and tasteful furnishing. There is an energy-saving heat pump that can also function as aircondition. There is a PlayStation. Located on a secluded plantation plot approx. 600 m from the ocean. Terraces towards east, south and west and a sunny yard between house and carport. No letting to youth groups. If you bring pets, final cleaning will be mandatory.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
