On a 5000 m2 large natural plot in Nr. Lyngby, with approx. 1000 meters from the rushing North Sea and the white sandy beach, you will find this exclusive cottage with i.a. whirlpool and activity room with table tennis. If you follow the beach to the north, you will come to the impressive Rubjerg Knude sand mile, where the lighthouse at the top is an attractive tourist destination. The lighthouse can even be seen from the house. The cottage is modernly furnished. The kitchen is combined with the living room and i.a. equipped with dishwasher, microwave, freezer and stove. The living room is tastefully decorated and appears bright and friendly. The living room is furnished i.a. with two sofa groups and plenty of space. From the living room there is access to the lovely 180 m2 large terrace around the whole house, of which 30 m2 is covered. Here there is always the opportunity for barbecue and coziness as well as sun or shade. The house is furnished with two good bathrooms with shower. In one there is also a 2-person whirlpool. The beds are divided into five rooms, each with two beds. The house has a heat pump and is therefore cheap to heat. Furthermore, the house is year-round insulated and there is heat in all floors. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
