6 person holiday home in Højby

Holiday home located on a large plot and within walking distance to the sea at Ellinge Lyng. The cottage has three bedrooms with closet space in each room. One room has its own TV. There are two toilets and a large bathroom with whirlpool and sauna. Open and well-stocked kitchen in connection with the dining area and the living room with wood burning stove. Large TV in the living room with DR channels and the possibility of streaming your own services. Separate utility room with washing machine, dryer and space for outerwear. There is a large, partially covered terrace overlooking the large plot with plenty of opportunity for ball games and play. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
