There are two bedrooms with double beds, as well as a bathroom with a double shower/steam bath. The apartment is easily accessible via elevator. The surroundings invite you to enjoy walks around the harbour area and trips to the lovely sandy beach located directly next to the marina. On the nearby spit of land, Bottsand, you will also find a wonderful sandy beach with both a textile and a nudist section. If you wish to experience the world’s largest sailing event, Kieler Woche, usually held during the last full week of June, this is the perfect starting point. Soak up the maritime atmosphere with an evening stroll along the harbour, or enjoy the evening ambience from your terrace or balcony — unless you prefer to relax in the living room while the flames from the bioethanol fireplace create a cosy holiday atmosphere. A parking space is included with the apartment. As the apartments are part of a series of identical units, the furnishings may vary. Bed linen is standard size, but as there is a large 180x200 cm top mattress, we recommend a fitted sheet of the same size or two single sheets. Rental of holiday properties in Marina Wendtorf is exclusively for holiday guests. The Marina Wendtorf area is still under construction, so building activities may occur.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
