Current Notice: Work is currently underway in Laboe to renovate the sewer system. Various areas of the town center are affected, particularly from the Kurpark to the Fördewanderweg. Depending on the progress of the construction, there may be occasional disruptions due to construction traffic, noise, rerouted paths, or restricted access. The nature, scope, and exact location of the work are subject to change on short notice. As of now, the work is expected to continue until 2027.

This 3-room vacation apartment, which accommodates up to 6 people, is located on the first floor of the Altes Kapitänshaus, right on Probsteier Platz. The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is just 100 m away from the apartment.

You’re guaranteed to feel right at home in this tastefully furnished apartment. The cozy living area, with access to the balcony, features an open, well-equipped kitchenette and a spacious dining table. The sofa bed (140 cm wide) can be quickly converted into a bed for 2 people. From the living area, you can access the cozy children’s room with a bunk bed. Past the kitchenette is a small hallway with a coat rack; from there, you’ll find the bright, spacious bedroom with a double bed and the beautiful, spacious shower room.

From this apartment, you can reach everything in Laboe on foot; you can even take the ferry to Kiel, which docks close to the city center.

You can conveniently park your car in the underground garage (max. clearance height 190 cm). Larger cars and vans will need to find a spot outside. Alternatively, we offer you the option to rent a parking space from us for a fee, subject to availability.

Would you like to bring your dog on vacation? One dog is welcome to stay with you for an additional fee. Please understand that this vacation rental is a smoke-free property.
