TYPE E. Luxuriously furnished waterfront apartment on the ground floor with terrace facing the water in Marina Wendtorf. From the living room, bedroom and terrace you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Baltic Sea and the cozy, small marina. With the apartment's binoculars you can follow the many sailboats and the lively traffic of large container ships to and from the Kiel Canal. And if you choose to come to Kieler Woche, which usually takes place the last whole week in June, you can from your holiday apartment witness the world's largest sailing competition. In addition to a combined living room-kitchen area of 30 m & # 178; a large and bright bedroom of 16 m & # 178; with sea views and a bathroom with both whirlpool and sauna. The local area invites for walks in the harbor area and beach trips to the lovely sandy beach, which is in immediate connection with the harbor area. On the nearby headland Bottsand, there is also a magnificent sandy beach. Here you can also choose between a textile beach and a nudist beach. In the evening, you can participate in the harbor life or watch it from the terrace - or you can follow from the living room while you have fun around the crackling bio fireplace. The apartment naturally includes modern facilities such as flat screen TV with DVD player, music system with CD player, internet and dishwasher. Please note that these are model images, as the first section of the apartment has not yet been completed. As the holiday area is under construction, only the part of the harbor area where the first apartment buildings and houses are located will be completed and construction activities may occur elsewhere in the harbor.
