Sommerhus tæt på Marielyst centrum og indkøbsmuligheder. Der er ca. 800 meter til en af Danmarks bedste sand- og badestrande. Huset er indrettet med åbent nyere køkken, spise- og opholdsstue. Der er 3 gode værelser, hvor fordelingen er 1 værelse med dobbeltseng, værelse med enkeltseng og 1 værelse med etagesenge. Badeværelset er oprindeligt, funktionelt og med el-gulvvarme. Der er ydermere vaskemaskine og tørretumbler i udhus. Huset er veludstyret med gratis internet, Google Chromecast, tv med mange danske og tyske kanaler. Ligesom det er energivenligt med luft/luft varmepumpe og brændeovn. Fra stuen er der adgang til overdækket terrasse, åben terrasse og haven, hvor I kan grille og hygge jer. Dejlig stor naturgrund på ca. 1.400 m2, hvor I kan nyde solen, boltre jer og slappe af. Grunden er delvis lukket med hegn. Udlejes ikke til ungdomsgrupper.
