There are plenty of opportunities to enjoy your vacation in peace and quiet. In addition, there are several cozy nooks that are perfect for reading a good book while the kids play in the garden. The vacation home also offers activities for the whole family, where you can spend many enjoyable hours together, including billiards, table tennis, and electronic darts. The house offers a renovated modern kitchen with a gas stove, separate oven with grill, fridge/freezer, microwave, extractor hood, coffee machine, and dishwasher. The living room has comfortable furniture, free internet, and a flat-screen TV with Chromecast, so you can stream your own TV services. Bathroom with shower, bath, and toilet. Guest bathroom with bath and toilet. The house has four bedrooms, three of which have comfortable double beds and one of which has two comfortable single beds. There is also a washing machine and dryer. The house has an open terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue, where you can enjoy dinner while watching the sun set over the area. There is also a fire pit where the whole family can enjoy roasting sausages and marshmallows or baking bread on a stick. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
