Holiday home with its own small lake located in quiet and peaceful surroundings very close to Kulhuse harbor with all its cosiness and charm. The house consists of an entrance hall and on each side of the entrance hall is a room with a double bed. Open kitchen / living room, living room and an alcove with the possibility of extra beds. Furthermore, a nice bathroom. From the living room there is direct access to both a covered terrace and an open, large terrace, where you can enjoy the sun in peace and quiet and watch the children play in the garden. The house has a cozy annex with two beds. Play equipment includes swings and a trampoline (trampoline is at your own risk / insurance). Furthermore, a campfire for cozy evenings. At the end of the terrace you can enjoy the view over the small cozy lake. In the lake there is a small rowing boat for free use. There are also two kayaks and a children's kayak incl. life jackets for free use. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
