ESPERANZA Rota Apartment & parking has, in its 55m2, a living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bidet and hairdryer and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two bunk beds that can accommodate up to 6 people.
It also has a parking space and is located in an ideal area for families, next to the sea as it is 180 m from the sandy beach "Playa del Rompidillo".

🆔📄 Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental contract at check-in (in accordance with the Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía on Housing for Tourist Purposes).

🔑 For the delivery of keys we will offer you a contact telephone number when confirming the reservation. If key collection takes place after 10:00 p.m., there will be a supplement of €25 that must be paid in cash upon arrival at the accommodation, check the conditions with the host before your arrival.

Upon arrival, a deposit of 250€ will be requested to be paid by credit card.
