About this property

Excellent exterior with terrace 2km beach:
House of 150m2 located in the quiet town of Santa Cristina d'Aro only 1km from the town center, 5min by car from the beach and 20km from Girona's Airport. It is distributed on the ground floor with a large outdoor area, terrace and barbecue. The three bedrooms have a double bed each. There is a complete bathroom with shower and bath, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, winter heating, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, free parking in the surroundings and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and documentation. Groups under 25 years old are not allowed. It is a smoke-free establishment. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

Tranquillité

Environnement tranquille. Grande maison accueillante mais manque un peu de fraicheur. La douche aurait besoin d'être refaite. Le fond en cailloux est très fatigué et moisit. La piscine n'était pas en état, eau trouble. Petits détails à corriger.
