House with barbecue and parking 1km beach:
House of 110m2 located in one of the main tourist destinations on the Costa Brava only 1km from the beach and 30km from Girona's Airport. It is distributed over three floors, we find on the ground floor: living room, dining area, equipped kitchen, toilet, terrace with barbecue and balcony. On the first floor: 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each and 2 bathrooms with bath. On the second floor: 1 attic-type bedroom with 2 single beds and access to a terrace-solarium. It has all kinds of equipment such as washing machine, italian coffee maker, fans, heating for winter, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, free parking space and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free establishment. Pets are allowed at an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and documentation. Groups under 28 years are not allowed. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
