Spacious, comfortable and bright apartment on the first floor with lift. The excellent central location allows you to reach on foot, in just a few minutes, all the city attractions: the sea and the beach, the seafront promenade, restaurants, bars, shops, clubs, the large pine forest park, the train station, the supermarket. On the sides of the large square in front it is also possible to park for free. Accommodates up to 5 people + small child. Free WI-FI and smart TV. The apartment consists of: entrance; large room with work area; bedroom - work area; lounge-living room with sofa bed; kitchen equipped with table, dishwasher, oven and small oven, fridge and freezer; laundry room with washing machine and sink; spacious bathroom. There are fans in the sleeping areas.
The apartment is not a cold and impersonal holiday home, but has always been inhabited and still is in the winter. Included are: bed linen, towels, shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, detergents, dish soap and dishwasher soap.
Also ideal for Lucca Comics.

Viareggio

We had a wonderful time in Viareggio. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. We loved being close to the water's edge (0.5 mi or so) and had a wonderful time there. Our check-in process was very smooth and our host was terrifically helpful. Thank you!

Ottimo soggiorno

Appartamento pulito, ha tutto quello che serve per un buon soggiorno a settembre, posizione strategica (sta davanti alla stazione), e un supermercato a meno di un kilometro oltre ad essere a 10 minuti dalla spiaggia di Viareggio, la proprietaria è molto gentile e super disponibile.
