Very beautiful and comfortable family holiday flat near the beach on southern Lake Garda, in a newly built complex with pool and children's pool built in 2022. The flat is located between the centres of Sirmione and Desenzano, in the district of Rivoltella. The supermarket is directly behind the complex, so it is very convenient especially for guests travelling without a car. The flat is on the 2nd floor and is accessible by lift, it has a private garage in the building and 2 bedrooms. A double bedroom and a children's bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and a large living room with open panoramic kitchen overlooking the pool and the garden of the complex, dining niche and sofa corner. A beautiful furnished terrace invites you to relax.
At Katya Resort you can enjoy your holidays and are always close to restaurants, shops and Lake Garda. The flat is luxuriously furnished and fully air-conditioned.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und neuwertig. Der Abstellplatz für das Auto ist einen geräumige, abschließbare Garage mit Tor, in der man leicht Fahrräder und Badeutensilien ( Luftmatratze, SUB) abstellen kann. Auch der Supermarkt gegenüber der Wohnanlage ist perfekt.
Da die Wohnung am Ortrand liegt, wäre es gut wenn Fahrräder zur Verfügung stünden.
Verbesserungsvorschlag: man könnte in den Reiseinformationen beilegen, wo ein idealer Badezugang zum See ist. Da man den See von der Dachterrasse sehen kann, aber in direkter Nähe kein öffentlicher Zugang ist.
Auch wäre es gut wenn in der Wohnung WLAN und Fernsehzugang zur Verfügung stünde.
Auf dem Balkon der Ferienwohnung kam es während unserer Anwesenheit immer wieder zu unangenehmen Gerüchen aus der Ablaufrinne des Balkons.
