What makes this property unique
Central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and two dishwashers. Smart TV, Netflix and high speed WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Hot tub. Cot available on request. Welcome basket included. Parking permits available for 2 cars, 2 further car parking spaces can be made available on request. Three well-behaved dogs welcome (no access to library). Enclosed rear garden with lawn, hot tub, furniture and barbecue. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.4 miles, pub 0.2 miles, beach 0.6 miles. Note: There are spiral staircases throughout the property, please take care. Please note: The front of the property is currently being renovated and is likely to last until March 2024, which includes scaffolding, only the exterior front is effected. Please note: This property can only accept bookings within the Friday to Friday week
