Great location. Clean and tidy property, comfy beds, but a little bit tired in places - door edges on the floor a bit rough. There was a drain smell in the main bathroom. But an absolutely ideal property for a family stay in Liverpool as so close to the metro. Thank you we will return I ’m sure.

The apartment has plenty of space and the location is nice with very easy access to the train and lovely restaurants on Lark Street a short walk away. Easy street parking right in front of the house & the door access code is provided in advance for easy check-in/out process. We enjoyed eating at the kitchen table with enough space for our family. However, this house definitely needs some TLC and updates. Living room couches are stained, the chair is falling apart, shower door broken so water leaks across the room, and we spent the entire first night with an alarm going off inside the house and no response to our WhatsApp message requesting help. We would recommend a thorough cleaning (check the sugar, there’s something in there that is definitely not sugar) and some refurbishment and then this house would be a nice place to stay in Liverpool.
