The Space:
Although only 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, the house is expansive (400 square meters). The house is well equipped with air-conditioning, underfloor heating and built in fireplace. The entertainment areas are open plan opening onto a large pool and entertainment area. This looks onto a small stream and green belt. Although within easy walking distance of the beach and restaurants (400m) it offers a very private space on the greenbelt below Lions Head.
The bedrooms are situated upstairs and open onto a large entertainment deck with views towards the sea in the front and mountains behind. Each bedroom can either be made up with two single beds or one king size bed. All bedrooms have dedicated bathrooms.

This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request.

Guest Access:
Guests have full and sole access to the whole house, decks and pool area. As the house is 1 of 2 units the basement parking is shared with the other unit. Two parking bays are dedicated to the house.

The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac in Camps Bay, at the foot of Lions Head mountain range, in a wind-protected area known as The Glen. Walk to world-class beaches, restaurants, and bars. Nearby coastal drives are spectacular.
Getting Around:
The nearest MyCiti bus stop is 200m from the house and this service will take you to all corners of the city.
Stan (Housekeeper) is a certified driver and offers a taxi service on request.
There are 2 secure underground parking bays and additional off street parking.

This property is semi-detached with a second property below it. It shares a parking with the other property.
Interaction with Guests:
Stan and Colleen are full time employed to manage the house on a daily basis. I am available most times of the day to address any issues they are unable to satisfactorily resolve.
